It's like an advertisement, surprisingly so

I really like these. I wish they had a grilling surface like the Copper Chef, but the sturdy design is better. It has a firm feel, the surface is very non-sticky and the grips just feel good. It took me 20 minutes or more to unpack everything and put the packing materials aside again. The company is really good at packaging. Flat bubble dividers are great for storage to tell pots and/or pans apart (I order 12" separately) when not available. In closets, or in my case those neat closet drawers, I would suggest storing and using some flat packing materials for this reason, as well as reusing the space in closets. Lids are better. They hold moisture, but it's variable, so they're not like solid lids that can be closed or removed. I find cooking a lot of dishes in low fat fry mode works well if it's eventually closed to steam food and then it's easier to use than either of those screens above to avoid splattering, but no to seal products. It works well both ways. I really like it but all metal designs like the Copper Chef have higher hearing levels when cooking in the oven. That's probably the only downside. However, the grips are much more ergonomic than the Copper Chef and yes I have both so I know. I've used them more often because I find them more ergonomic. As for non-sticky guesses, they don't stick any better, but not at the "per mile" level. Heat transfer appears to be excellent, much better than Teflon alone. They are easily hand washed to remove any organic material between the diamond or ceramic particles. This is to ensure they don't burn or char and the non-stick surface doesn't work properly: it's very important that you do this after use. Much more expensive than Copper Chef but worth it. I use the oven, cornbread for one so I'm happy to keep both. But these are my favourites.
