They run small, so we took them half a size up. No problem. HOWEVER . The various pads on the soles were CONSTANTLY coming loose and posed a significant tripping hazard. I ended up re-taping my pads after each wear. We didn't get past week 3 with our shoes fully intact. The shoes were only used for training and matches, which lasted 6 hours a week. Catastrophe!
