The product I received had a little problem with the stabilizer bars. I contacted the seller and he immediately solved the problem. That being said, I use an extension cord for small jobs around the house, especially where there are steps. My Little Giant ladder's legs do not fit in the base tray, but one end of the leg can easily be placed outside of the placement tray. Overall good quality.
