I like how simple it makes finding new people to work with easy, especially because of all their features that make recruiting easier than ever! It’s also really helpful when you are looking at specific skillsets or industries as well as where someone lives (I think this helps me figure out if they will be able to commute). The layout can get kindof confusing sometimes but overall not too bad. Not being able to find certain jobs posted easily from my personal account would help solve some problems. Recruiting has become much more fun since we started using crowdfunded. We have actually been getting so many applications/interest now compared before our hiring process was even advertised which shows just what potential there is among applicants who don't know about us yet.
