Installed on Olympus PEN E-PL2. Since there is no need to compare it with a lame whale zoom, we can compare it with the Fujinon Super EBC 7.1-28.4 mm f/2.0 zoom, although this is not entirely correct. Type of shooting: landscape using autofocus. Autofocus errors: None detected in both cases. Autofocus speed: Comparable. Full aperture sharpness: subjective even in Fujinon's favour. Distortion: At full aperture, noticeable in favor of the Sigma. Vignetting: not detected in both cases. In general, Sigma did not produce a wow effect. He did not make the Olympus PEN E-PL2 + Sigma 30 mm f/1.4 set clearly preferable to the Fujifilm X10, which is several times cheaper and more compact. Good lens.
