Review on Enhanced Safety with Toeeson 120DB Door Window Alarm: Protecting Kids & Homes by Reed Nuttbrock

Bought so my mum with Alzheimer's wouldn't leave the house unnoticed. Even with everyone working from home, she's learned to silently slip out our front door. This alarm is loud enough to let us know she opened the door and startle her into not being able to leave. I only found one problem with it - the alarm stops when you close the door. No problem so far - she opens the door, flinches at the alarm, closes the door, tries again, the alarm sounds, she closes the door again. Until she realized that if she walked through the door and closed it, the alarm would stop. However, this is enough to let us know that she opened the door. Not sure if this will work if you use it as a burglar alarm.
