Beautiful fandelier. The light is bright and the fan works well. Even at the highest settings there is no hissing or shaking. I hung it in my bathroom and it looks amazing. It took a long time to assemble the crystals, but installation was easy. I lost one of the screws, but there were no extra ones, only four. The board works fine. For the price they need a better product. It would be better if the crystals were curtained. The clips are very thin. The rings were difficult to place and some of them stretched. They should have been firmer. The weight of the crystals will pull the rings over time. The clips were also very thin. There were also some defects in the welding of the inner frame. The three inner frames have been weakened. The welding has been badly done again, and it shows. It was uneven. The clamp holes were evenly spaced but not evenly spaced. Obviously there were very few checkpoints. This is a beautiful product and it is a pity little attention was paid to the finished product. If they could fix these issues I would buy a second one for my bedroom to match the look.
