Instant Ice Cream Maker AMAZING - - and my only question was answered quickly when I messaged. After purchasing the block, there were no instructions on the package itself regarding the amount and proportions to be used in making instant ice cream rolls. Made it for the first time - too cute. However, with information from the provider on the proportions - HIRE. (I couldn't find any good proportion information online either. ALSO - I'd love to see other recipes like sorbets made with this unit. Thanks for making such a good product - my grandkids love it!
