I received the XL 3 backpack and it fit my height 5ft 9in and 215lbs well. Maybe a little long. The arm and shoulder cutouts were a good design. The firmware was fine. Nothing honestly bad quality. The fabric is polyester but slightly absorbent. If you want a microfiber fabric that wicks sweat then I don't think that's an option, but for wiping and drying sweat the material was fine as it was somewhat absorbent. I found the rounded and lateral lower edges interesting. I love the side cutouts and allow me to lift the back of the shirt more easily if I want to vent my back, but the circular fringe design was a bit odd. Finally, I'm not a fan of the sewn-on label. Didn't annoy me since I just uninstalled it, but a little more annoyance.
