I've been using it in my office for a week. It was a bit difficult to turn the dial at first, but after a few days it became easier. I love that the dial is on the top of the unit rather than the front so I can easily set the temperature when it's on the floor under my desk. I use the low temperature setting most of the time, which is usually ideal. Used the high temperature setting twice. It's getting very hot! My only complaint so far is that the cord is a bit shorter than I'd like. I had to buy an extension cord to put the heater in the right spot. I would say this is a good buy for now.
