Quick release plate FITS Manfrotto 200PL-14 mount BUT IT DOESN'T LOCK IT. The statement "It is compatible with the following types of Bogen/Manfrotto heads and adapters" is misleading. It was an experiment for me, I ordered this product and the actual 200PL in the B&H photo. , this one is not locked, but the B&H one (which costs twice as much) is locked. If you want the real thing, you have to pay for it. I'll take this one and process it a bit to see if I can get it to block.
