This is a Boss radio with speakers for marine use. We installed it according to the instructions and even made a YouTube video to see if anyone had any problems. After the installation was complete we turned on the system and it sounded fine for about 5 minutes when the sound stopped. I've tried turning it on and off and the bluetooth showing the song, artist, etc. nothing came out of the speakers, no hissing. For callback number and email no response at all. Now I have a 3" hole in my center console and a radio that won't work with the wiring dangling behind the console. If that is not enough, the triggerfish opens after 2 weeks. thanks boss
