Connection to HDMI and Ethernet failed. Customer support is not available.
Everything worked fine for about a month then I started having problems connecting to Zoom. I thought it was my router but it turned out to be a dock. The Ethernet connection no longer works. Then HDMI crashed. I've tried to contact the seller but the only way is via email. I haven't heard a word for two months. The USB and SD card ports still work, but I think it's only a matter of time before they stop working too. Not recommended.
