EDIT: A week later same problem as all, code P0420. Scanner connected, the sensors work. They both go up and down with the same voltage value, like it's a straight pipe. After a flex pipe broke on my exhaust, I decided to take a chance and get this whole catalytic converter assembly. The kit came with gaskets and new 17mm bolts and 14mm nuts (factory 15mm on the heads. Actual bolts and threads are the same size.) My car was quieter immediately after installation and after a few rides the check engine light went out. . If your computer is not in "normal" state, this will work. The bad reviews about the error codes make me wonder if the car is from California etc. If you break the screws (I broke 2) you will need to drill a hole to 1/2 inch for the screws to fit.
