My old one broke. Fortunately, this one was available at a cheaper price for this type of item. Attach the clamps to the headboard and keep the weight well in a horizontal position. It doesn't fit thick cases (like my tablet) so keep that in mind. I would say maybe 2 modern tablets (Amz Fire) or smartphones as the maximum thickness. For that price you can buy two and use them in different places without having to move them. The white color is also very good. This is a matte finish. I am happy.
