Review on Viair 90072 Gauge Bleeder Valve by Anthony Rael

The gauge itself is very well made, it's large and feels solid due to the metal construction. The main downside, and this is a big issue for me, is that the tire pressure adapter just doesn't fit well on the tire valve, feels loose and not snug. You have to keep fumbling around and after 3 or 4 tries it will read it accurately. The problem is that the tire gauge adapter is too shallow and the tire valve doesn't fit deep enough into the gauge shaft, so while this product looks good and is well made, it is poorly constructed. I also checked the accuracy and this gauge is off by more than 3 pounds of pressure. Another problem is that the tire gauge doesn't have to be that big, a smaller surface area would work as well. I will continue to use the Slime brand tire gauge that I bought years ago.
