Review on Fox Run 3936 Garlic Keeper by Patrick Ross

Terracotta garlic containers have, in my experience, kept garlic bulbs and cloves fresh for several weeks. This FOX RUN GARLIC KEEPER is an attractive little pot-belly garlic holder, but its top opening is only 2-1/8 inches in diameter. That means the keeper won't accept the large fresh garlic bulbs you find at farmers' markets and some grocery stores unless you break the bulbs open. Then the broken teeth don't seem to stick well. The "belly" of this garlic container can hold a maximum of 2 or 3 small bulbs. The garlic holder is that it doesn't take up much space on your kitchen counter. However, if you use a lot of garlic, you probably prefer a bigger one. My garlic holders break from time to time, so I've tried a few. I love these two large holders that can probably even hold a bulb of elephant garlic: the Norpro Deluxe Stoneware Garlic Keeper and the currently unavailable "Romertopf Reco Nature's Oven Garlic Keeper" which is limited due to the small size of the Fox Run Garlic Keeper I rate its storage capacity with 3 stars ("Everything OK" on the official Revane scale).
