Excellent quality!
For our classes we needed swimwear that didn't look bulky. My 3 year old wears a 4T, he wears sizes 3-4 and is tall for his age. I think these chests are a little small, but nothing unreasonable or unexpected for a suit that's meant to fit snugly. The quality is fantastic and they are very cute paired with a bright sun shirt.
