I love how easy it was for me as an admin, when new employees joined our team they could have their own workspace with all of my teams channels in one place! It's also great that you can see who has been inactive or not used your slack channel at least once since joining this month/year etc so we know if someone needs some guidance / training before using certain features (or even just being there). The UI isn't always intuitive but after getting familiarised myself i've found ways around most common issues quickly - which makes life easier :) We use slack heavily throughout each day across multiple departments & job roles meaning having everything under 1 roof is beneficial.
