Review on Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2 All-Season 235/45R17 V-Rated Radial Tire by Bill Pulse

Just received and installed and balanced. Made in the USA. Very calm and safe handling and good wet grip. Really good value for money. Installed on Volvo S60 T5. They replaced the quieter and somewhat firmer handling than the Conti. I see some less than favorable reviews online which I find hard to believe after a few days of hard driving on these tyres. The dry grip is excellent. Traction in rain and puddles is reliable, without aquaplaning. They have lower rolling resistance than many other tires, so they may have better fuel economy. Cornering is solid, no roll, no road noise (it's a Volvo so road noise is hard to hear). Their sidewall is very durable with a protective side along the edge. No loss of traction when accelerating, even with the VDC control switched off. I think this is a good choice for Volvo, BMW, MB, Audi all season. Not street racing tires but great cornering and luxury/sporty handling.
