Very disappointed. I have never received a product from this company that I did not like. Until yesterday 09.02.2020. Distressed locks look ashy and are very fluffy. Not as fluffy as problem locks should be. It's like people are working hastily to close a floodgate. To be honest I don't think the hair is from Toyota. The package didn't even contain a stock photo of the company's business card. The hair just arrived in a clear zippered bag. I want to come back to get the best locks from this company. But all I can do is request my money back, which I don't want. Don't let the pictures I took fool you. You really don't look good. The locks look like someone tried to install them and then returned them.
