When I was changing tires a few years ago, a technician suggested that I go to Tesla to have the nuts replaced. I didn't really think anything of it ("It's a pretty new car," I thought, "It doesn't need any new nuts"). Fast forward almost a week before the inspection sticker is due to be put on trying to replace 2 worn tires and the tire people can't get their socket wrench out. Brief History: Tesla nuts come in two parts (Ford did the same and got sued). "put on" and got 20 two-piece nuts from this world (I bought 5 packs of 4).
