I haven't even used the scales yet because the cable I bought separately doesn't fit the connection to the PC. Revain advertised a TRENDnet TU-S9 USB to serial converter cable for this scale, but it is not the correct cable. There should be a picture of the back where the connections for this scale are entered and you should read the description to make it clear that the RS-232C connection is a pin on the scale. The USB to RS-232C cable advertised with this article is also MALE, so it will not work. If you want to connect the scale to a PC, DO NOT buy the cable that Revain sells!
