The ease with which I was able manage my appointments/tasks made it easy for me as an assistant manager working in this field from home - at least when compared against managing paper calendars! There were no issues reported during our trial period (12 weeks).
It's important not just anyone can use your app without appropriate training or support; however there are some free videos available online if needed too:-) Ensure before purchase though what level access / permissions do they need? We used 'Assistant' &"Admin" roles only but we did have additional email notifications set up via Zapier integration so could be useful depending how much help users require after installation.- Timely reminders sent out using notification service Zapiers,- Easy reporting functionality through dashboards.
