It only took 1-2 packs nice color thick pieces of good quality
I'm a licensed beautician but I actually bought these extensions for myself. The color is very beautiful, the strands are very thick and wavy after washing, which I like. I have fine hair and have used a little more than one pack for a slight increase in length and volume. I think for fine hair 1 pack or maybe 2 is enough instead of the recommended 3-4. I used one packet that I opened, ordered the second packet and used maybe 6 more threads. But my hair is quite long and results can certainly vary depending on texture and length.
