Review on InAndOn by Ryan Springer

As a music journalist, I couldn't wait to check out the professional audio setup that InAndOn had to offer. Unfortunately, I came away from my experience feeling let down and frustrated. In spite of the fact that their employees were helpful and knowledgeable, the technology itself was unimpressive. In spite of the expensive price tag, I was not satisfied with the level of quality. The sound that was generated by the microphones was muddled, and the mixing equipment was difficult to operate. The internet store presented some challenges for me as well. The checkout procedure was difficult to understand, so it took several tries before my purchase was finally processed successfully. After making contact with customer support to request assistance, I was met with lengthy wait times and responses that were not very helpful. The professional atmosphere that InAndOn has created, as well as their internet store, did not impress me in any way. Despite the pleasantness of the employees, both the equipment and the service did not live up to my expectations. In my capacity as a music journalist, I am unable to endorse this business to anyone who is interested in elevating the quality of their sound.
