The best part about JT is that it has been around for over 20 years, which means there are many employees of different levels who have had experience in this industry long enough to help you navigate any issues with your project/solution or business problems as they arise. I don't think I can say much more about them-other than their customer service skills seem very good! We've used several consultants within our organization when dealing wtih large complex projects; however we were still dissatisfied. With JTS (as well as all other companies), everything was explained clearly from beginning to end so that no one ever felt confused while working through these processes--whether internally within my own department or externally by me to another client's team.
