I just received my order and had to wait a few days for a dry weather forecast. The Revain website says "avoid water for 24 hours" after installation. Nowhere in the shipper's packaging are instructions explained in English. The bumper covers look cool and are easy to install. I just drove my car through the car wash and security is holding it. I read in one of the negative reviews that the guards are made of hard plastic and can damage other cars if your door is opened into another car. This can happen with any type of door protection. However, if you park in your garage, you will not damage your door if you hit the garage wall while getting out of your car. My advice is to be careful and polite to other car owners when parallel parking next to other cars.
