The bag looks normal. But I knew something was wrong. So I put it on. The straps were too thin and not long enough. It would dig into my shoulders. I received the bag because I have limited capacity (including my shoulders) to carry a variety of things and take the pressure off my shoulder bag. It would be a lot worse. I asked my wife how it looks. She said he looked like a small child or a petite woman. Needless to say I returned it.
