I bought from this seller because of the very good feedback on the technical support of the software. I have a decent base of technical PC skills but couldn't get the program past the authorization part of the installation which is the last step before you can use it. A few hours later he replied via email. I gave him a temporary password to connect to my laptop and watched him make a few quick changes to the setup. You should feel comfortable letting her call like me because it's a laptop that I only use in the store for surfing the web and such. It is not used for anything important or confidential. Once it worked its magic I was able to connect to my Avalon and see all the options. I am installing a Toyota OEM remote start in a car and need TechStream to enable the remote start in the car after installation. I'll update the review after installation but I don't see any problems as everything is working as it should now. Great super fast support from the seller! A++!UPDATE I installed the OEM Remote Starter Kit tonight. I then used TechStream to program the controller to show the remote start option. Everything worked perfectly. Once again excellent technical support from the seller.
