I'm the girl who ordered this because 100% cotton women's clothing is becoming increasingly difficult to find. The 'Denim' label says it's 100% cotton, and while it's not very soft, it seems to breathe like cotton. . The fabric is not dense but warmer than a t-shirt. The seams are even, you can see that it is well made. I am 5ft 7in and weigh 138lbs. S has a slim fit after washing and drying and is very flattering on a woman. Not too tacky in the middle or under the arms, but if you're a busty girl you need to go up a size. I'm tall with monkey arms so the extra length in the arms and torso suits me. These will be work shirts so I care more about comfort than fashion so if I order another one, and I do, I'll take a size M, just for a bit more room.
