I like that we have an online tool for our customers (like chat) which is available 24/7 so they can always contact us if needed it's great! Nothing yet but i am super excited about everything you guys are doing here in Norway!! Great job with this product development :). It's easy enough that even non-techies can train it in days or weeks without any training at all!! We were able to get up & running with no prior knowledge but we needed some initial assistance from their support teams. There are many things you could do here - everything from basic text automation (e.g., sending welcome emails) to more advanced NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis/classification.
