The best part of this program was that it helped me to understand my customers better, in terms of their preferences as well as their needs so I could provide them with what they wanted most at any given time. It also made things easier for us by providing detailed reports which we can use easily without having to go through all data manually. Nothing much really but maybe some other features would have been great if included like integration with Google Maps or something similar. We used Maptik's services primarily because our clients were very satisfied with its service quality.
