Was hoping this would be great for our outdoor shower but it just won't last unless you get creative with your own gear. All we have is a cheap, very lightweight plastic shower curtain and some super lightweight curtain hooks. If someone, even a small child, grabbed him with their hands and pulled (as shown in her photo with a much larger child), he would fall to the ground in a second. If you really need it, buy it, but after you've used your hardware to hold the rod (and put some serious glue on it), get your own wall screw (centre, above the shower nozzle) and use one strong wire wrapped around the center of the pole to hold it in place. You will then need 2 shower curtains because now something is going on in the middle of the rod. Ideal? No, but we have already drilled 6 holes in the concrete wall to install it.
