There are two silicone frames in the package. The frames are of very good quality and easy to assemble; Installing the frame took less than five minutes. The kit comes with everything you need - the included orange plastic stick will help you easily install the frame on your license plate. The kit also includes screws and rubber bumpers for mounting. There are even holes around the perimeter of the frame for drainage. It also prevents your license plates from rattling. The black frames look really nice and the whole number is visible which means I can add year stickers without removing the frame. In general a stylish, beautiful and high quality product that I recommend.
