Disappointed!: Computers & Accessories
I purchased this product because I needed additional USB ports for my Microsoft Surface Pro X. Unfortunately, only one connection works at a time. When my external hard drive is connected to one port and my mouse is connected to another port, the external hard drive works fine but the mouse doesn't work at all and vice versa. Very disappointing.
