They are very flexible and are willing to help even if its off hours. The UX is clean and it's simple to use. They get back to you within minutes. The UI is intuitive and it is super fast to login. They have great support and is responsive to your questions. You will get a welcome email after signing up and it gives you access to additional training videos. You get your own dashboard to monitor your account and see your performance. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by them.

- Very helpful to get answers to any queries you may have
Cons
- Have to be really specific about what type of queries you are doing as there isn't an API or integration for every data source.
- If you want to save the work that you've already done, you'll have to do it manually.
