I am a keen biker and have used a lot of flashlights in my time. First-class lamps are too expensive, but the cost savings tend to come at the expense of quality, especially in the assembly area. Niecore BR35 was an exception for me. The brightness seemed closer to 1200-1400 lumens to me, but it's hard to judge. I'd probably like an extra headlight for some serious cross-country riding. As far as quality goes, it's top notch - it holds up well on my rods and feels like it needs serious handling. An additional plus are the operating modes and the display of the remaining service life. Conclusion: If I need a flashlight on the way, I buy it.
