In terms of both product quality and support for customers, the Gillna online business did not live up to expectations. The garments and accessories, including jewelry, that I had purchased were of poor quality, and the sizing was completely off. The items arrived with flaws, and the photographs on the website did not accurately represent the appearance of the product at all. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support, I was given responses that were unhelpful and condescending. To add insult to injury, it took weeks for me to finally receive my purchase. In general, my experience with Gillna was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this business to anyone searching for fashion items that are of a high quality and can be relied upon.
