Great idea but didn't work for me

I bought this with a triangular sander to use without a rod. The adapter plate kept falling out of the triangular sander and I ended up squeezing out the dirt I had attached to the wall. I believe there was a manufacturing defect which probably doesn't apply to all units, but I couldn't use the product and had to go to the local shop and buy something else so I could finish the work that weekend. It is enough that, for example, a triangular sander, a cylindrical sander that I bought a few days ago and an adapter plate were packed in a box and sent back.
