The ability to create multiple profiles, one for each of your customers (or contacts). It's easy creating automations with all available options like sending emails or SMSs etc., as well there are many integrations that can be used easily in this tool! I haven't found any downsides yet but we're still using it so far - maybe after some time when more features will become usable you'll find something new ;) We use zuMVU mainly because our clients have different needs from us which require several campaigns at once; therefore having them organized into separate accounts helps keep things simple while managing everything by myself would've been complicated if not impossible due their number :).
