Doesn't work at all

This thing sat in my basement, worked nonstop for 2 weeks, and not a drop of moisture got into the tank. I switched on another unit 2 weeks later, left this smaller one still on, and the other one filled my tank in 2 days, still not a drop from that little one. Do not you understand. it doesn't work at all

★COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT - Medium size, takes up little space, excellent moisture and condensation control. Ideal for bathroom, bedroom, RV, grow room. Portable design, easy to carry and find a place for it.
