Good. the installation took about an hour. Power tools definitely helped, but hand tools are doable. It would have been great to lift it like an oil change, but I managed by crawling under it when everything was cold. rough for an old body, but got the job done. Pre-assembled as stated. Read the simple instructions and you're done. Now all I have to do is place my toy fifth wheel in the back of my truck, a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4. An extra hand is nice to help. generally very satisfied. Stores will charge anywhere from 1,000 to 1,300.00 for this kit, plus some grease. good to go!
