UPDATE: I had a frustrating situation where my shoes were bad, but this great company was very good at communication and focused on customer satisfaction. They sent me a new pair of shoes, just what I was looking for! Mistakes happen when a company goes to great lengths to get a 5-star rating. Overall it looks good on the outside but not on the inside. When I first saw this I assumed it was a manufacturer error and the exchange company quickly sent out a new pair and had me send mine back after I received the new pair. BUT also the second pair in the second photo was incomplete. The rest of the shoe was ok and didn't have time to order another pair had to fix it myself just wouldn't recommend anyone to buy.
