This collar broke the same day we put it on our dog. We eagerly bought this as the reviews were misleading into believing it was a durable thick material. It looks like it fell apart when my dogs were playing around and is now unusable. We bought two, one for my small dog and it is still usable but the ring holder that is supposed to hold the collar broke and is now loose it's only a matter of time before my other dog sees it as a toy , so for the safety of my dogs I'll probably take it off so they don't accidentally choke. Very disappointed with this product. We really wanted it to work, they look really good but what's the point if they don't do their only job. Spend $34 literally overnight. Update: The company received an email as I kept getting emails from them with questions about their product. I told them how quickly it was destroyed and I didn't get any reply from them, it's been almost a week. So bad communication.
