. This is a shipping/notification issue and I'm not sure HOW or IF this product will work 12/14/2019 and placed in my opened mailbox which happened to be in direct sunlight! (I'm in Florida and it's a very hot 93 degrees!) There was no delivery notification, from the carrier or otherwise, and until I asked Alexa about the status of my order at around 2:15pm. Little did I know my printer cartridges were being baked outside in my BLACK very hot mailbox! When I asked Alexa about the status of my order and she said "My order has been delivered", I immediately went to pick it up! When I opened my mailbox door it was like an oven and the Prime packaging bag was so hot I could barely touch it! Ensure that ink burn-in does not affect performance. I installed a new cartridge 2 days ago so it will take some time before I use it. Therefore, the warranty period has expired, so I want this problem fixed. now because I was already having performance issues with NEW cartridges that didn't work (I saved one and kept one here) when I just put it in. I have never complained about this but after today's incident based on previous work I am going to CMA no matter what the outcome! In summary, the order (2-pack HP #62 black print cartridge) sat in my black mailbox outdoors in direct sunlight at 93 degrees for an unknown amount of time. The packaging doesn't say it's heat sensitive, but rest assured I'm pretty sure they're not meant to be baked in a 150 degree environment. and then work! Personally, such items must be delivered to the door and notify the recipient!
