Delivery problem problem - value to be confirmed - subject to change. Overview

. This is a shipping/notification issue and I'm not sure HOW or IF this product will work 12/14/2019 and placed in my opened mailbox which happened to be in direct sunlight! Good cartridges; I just wish they weren't so expensive

We bought a new HP wireless printer to replace our very old HP printer that we have used for years. The printer was inexpensive, but the price of the cartridges was disappointing. I was lucky enough to use cheap refilled cartridges on an old printer. However, I would like to use new original cartridges with the new printer. Revine Fulfillment ships 2 packs of cartridges - only one works.

I have owned a printer for many years and use dozens of cartridges of the same type each year. This time I ordered 2 packs of HP 62 black ink. Strangely, the first cartridge is fine, but the second printer does not accept. I tried other cartridges to make sure it's the only one that failed. Poor quality - but made up for by great service

Update: I have contacted the seller and he will issue a replacement. Thanks for the good customer service! My printer recognizes them as HP cartridges but they are terrible quality. I bought 2 back on February 6th and today is April 29th. I don't print much and I'm already getting terrible print quality. I tried reconfiguring the printheads, cleaning the printer and nothing worked until I used a second cartridge and the first few registers were still full. I received a return window, so this is
