This bracket is easy to mount on the wall and TV. I have a 10 year old 42 inch LCD TV that I had nowhere to put and didn't really need it. We chose to hang it on the wall in the guest room where it is out of the way and can be used. It is about an inch and a half long and hangs from a bracket during installation. I have found that my normal level is much better when I have the mount straight up and down. It's probably better than nothing if you don't already have a spirit level, so I'm not discounting it. The bracket is attached to the wall (bolts) with three screws. There was no doubting its ability to hold a 32kg TV I'm sure it will handle a 52 inch just as well. If you need to wall mount a right sized TV this is a very good one , but inexpensive choice.
