I ordered this to put a luggage rack on top of our car. I looked one up that would fit the dimensions of our vehicle. The product description said it was compatible w/ volkswagon tiguan 2017. It was not. We did not have enough time to return and reorder another set so I ended up having to cut the bars and re-drill holes so that the bars would fit the dimensions of our vehicle. Once they were cut to the right size, the bars have served their purpose well. Frustrating that it didn't fit the first time and as advertised. It took a lot of time and frustration to complete something that should have been very straightforward.
