This case works great with the 1TB SanDisk SSD I have. According to Crystal Disk Mark, read and write speeds are over 400 MB per second for sequential read and write. For higher transfer speeds you really need to be sure you have a good cable, especially on some low powered computers or USB implementations. It must also be a USB 3 port or higher for full speed.
